This video program will cover: -advance -pole exotic tricks The program is all about technical tricks and fun transitions in heels! It covers some kips and flips. We recommend to work with boots style heels to protect your ankle extra. Pre-requites are: Being comfortable with upside down and wearing pole heels. *Highly recommend to have some experiences of exotic style pole dancing before purchasing this program.
