This video program will cover: -advance -pole bendy tricks The program is all about extreme bendy technical tricks! It covers how to condition and progressively train Cherry ribbon and Buibui bend in particular. Pre-requites are: stable leg hangs, a bridge and splits on the floor. *It is not recommended to purchase this program if you have not mastered the tricks mentioned above.
