Flow Lab: 60-min Movement Research Session with @radishfeak + Projector Jam (included) Step into the Flow Lab to investigate the mechanics of freestyle pole flow. Through exploration of musicality, textures, and dynamic patterns, we'll conduct experiments to understand what creates engaging flows.

Flow Lab 60mn+ 90mn jam
Covers the freestyle workshop of 60 mins and an access to the pole / hammock projector jam on the theme of selflove happening right after from 5-6:30 pm. If you can stay only 30 mins that's okay too. If you just want to take the workshop it's okay too, but the price will stay the same.
