Thursdays - 8-10:30 PM from September 2024 1. Attendance and Punctuality - Strongly Recommended Rehearsals to prepare one's Pole Origin's Piece All scheduled rehearsals on Thursdays in September will be between 8-10:30pm, please sign up so we know who is attending / we manage the space. The rehearsals are there for you so your video project goes smoothly! - Punctuality: Please arrive on time to allow for warm-up and sufficient time to brainstorm and start placing your ideas. 2. Communication - Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a rehearsal, you must inform Margaux so she knows who is coming and make sure your project is moving forward effectively. 3. Rehearsal Etiquette - Preparation: Come prepared with your choreography/ freestyle in mind and ready to work on your project. - Focus & connect: as working with others can often boost the creativity and help solve blockages. - Respect: Show respect to all team members and instructors. Constructive feedback is encouraged, but negative comments or disruptive behaviours will not be tolerated. 4. Your Pole Origin Story is meant to be an expression of yourself and your vision of pole dance today. Make it you, have fun with it AND no not hesitate to ask for help, review or feedbacks. 5. Health and Safety - Warm-Up and Cool-Down: Always perform proper warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries. - Injury Reporting: Immediately report any injuries or discomfort to the rehearsal director aka Margaux. 6. FILMING Day (23rd of November 2024) Please think about your colours prior... let's test things early November! 7. Contact Information - Ensure Margaux and the group have your current contact information. Keep communication lines open for any updates or changes in the rehearsal schedule.
