Welcome to Calmness Hotline Studio Rentals! Studio Highlights: - Versatile Space: Our studio is daylight-filled, featuring poles or hammocks and soft LED lighting for evening ambiance, perfect for any type of movement class. - High-Quality Audio: Enjoy our studio sound system connected directly to a studio-provided phone, allowing you to blast your favorite tunes and record content with your own phones. - Social Media Incentives: Earn loyalty points by sharing your session on social media and tagging our studio! - Comfort Amenities: Access to a clean bathroom and a re-mineralized water fountain ensures your comfort throughout your rental. Bring your water bottle, or use a glass bottle & wash it before leaving. - Remote Access Support: Our smooth, remote check-in and door management system allow for a seamless start and finish to your sessions. - Flexible Booking Options: if you need 2h take the pricing plan option for 2h. 2025 Rental Policy: - Rental Fee: $50 + tax. A regular session is limited to 1 hour and can accommodate up to 8 people. - Usage Restrictions:The space is reserved for training or classes only. Professional photoshoots or bachelorette parties are prohibited unless organized by the studio with different pricing. - Lighting Restrictions: Only LED ceiling lights are available for use; professional lighting equipment is reserved for studio-hosted classes and shoots. - Security Monitoring: We reserve the right to conduct security checks via camera at the start and end of each session to ensure compliance and safety. - Fixed Setup: The studio configuration is fixed; Monday to Wednesday is set for hammocks, and Thursday to Sunday for pole classes with two poles available. Additional equipment cannot be used or moved, and students must bring their own mats. Politique d'annulation
1. Rental Fee and Conditions The fixed rental fee is $50 + tax for the use of studio space. The rental is limited to 1 hour maximum. The studio can accommodate individual renters or groups of up to 8 students. Payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking. 2. Permitted Uses Rentals are intended for training sessions or classes only. Organizing professional photoshoots or bachelorette parties during these rentals is strictly prohibited, as these events have separate pricing and must be hosted directly by the studio. 3. Lighting and Equipment Use Only the LED lights on the ceiling may be used during rentals. The use of professional lighting equipment is restricted to Calmness Hotline classes and official photoshoots. Renters are not permitted to use or move other studio equipment. 4. Monitoring and Security Calmness Hotline reserves the right to remotely check in via camera at the beginning and end of the rental period. This is to ensure that the rental is proceeding smoothly, to verify adherence to the rental policy, and to check that no accidents have occurred. 5. Facility Configuration The room setup cannot be altered. From Monday to Wednesday, the space is designated as the hammock room with a preset number of hammocks. From Thursday to Sunday, the space serves as the pole room, equipped with 2 poles. Renters wishing to use the space for other types of classes may do so, provided they understand that the studio’s equipment will remain as is. Students must bring their own mats for classes requiring them. 6. Rental Time Usage: Renters are encouraged to utilize their booked studio time within a specified two-week period from the original date of booking. It is our policy to promote timely and efficient use of the studio space to benefit all our clients. 7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled rental time. Renters who cancel after this period will lose their rental slot with no refund provided. 8. Rescheduling Policy: While refunds are not available, renters have the flexibility to postpone their scheduled time if they notify the studio at least 12 hours before their booking. The rescheduled time must fall within the original two-week period allocated for their rental. This policy is designed to accommodate unforeseen changes while maintaining a structured schedule for studio use. 9.
