Calmness Hotline is a versatile studio that mixes physical and artistic expression which welcomes movement and creation.

The fashion industry is over. Margaux reconnects with teaching pole dance and dance online with her former students thanks to the pandemic and rekindles her passion: helping people express themselves through movement. She can dedicate herself 100% to the project of setting up an online studio.

The studio has now a team of 8 incredible teachers. There will always be challenges ahead but Margaux is doing her best to learn how to manage her business while continuing to pursue her passions: teaching, photography, and human connection through movement.
CALMNESS HOTLINE'S 1st BirthDAY

Lolita joins the Calmness Hotline team. It's an important month with Pink October. A photoshoot that she has been organizing for the 3rd year since the launch of her very first business @mtlpoleshoots with her partner Cecilia.
PINK OCTOBER & LOLITA

Margaux opens her doors, learns a lot from her mistakes every day. A true rollercoaster of emotions and learning experiences that are not always easy. She then made her very first hire: Caroline.
LET'S OPEN THE DOORS

Margaux sees the light at the end of the constructions! She has the plates for the hammocks and a good portion of the equipment. All that's missing are the poles which are still being made since they are custom-made for the studio.
ALL THAT'S MISSING ARE THE POLES

Margaux buys a studio close to Masson and thinks she has reached a milestone. But the adventure is just beginning. The steps that follow will be even more challenging than the previous ones.
THE KEY TO THE STUDIO IN HAND

After many ideas and brainstorming came the first logo, an Instagram, and the first website version. She is certain that she wants to launch her online school to teach pole dance and aerial hammock while also training in therapeutical movement facilitation to bring a wellness aspect to it.

calmness hotline is a space that invites you to

Let us help you reset your mind & feel connected to your body through technical and at times liberating movements.
The studio offers you three main disciplines:
calmness hotline is a space that invites you to

Anastasia Sokolova is the woman who made me fall in love with pole dance because of her feminine / masculine energy!
When she poles I see a perfectly balanced performance in term of calmness and hotline, YIN and YANG, light and dark... the right amount of power moves balancing off the sexy moves according to me.
In the aerial hammock world I would say @aerialyogagoddess her super girly unicorn universe made her stand out to me. Her branding is strong and she inspires me to bring the studio's branding to the next.
Who’s your biggest inspiration in the aerial / pole world?
The joy movement brings to people who experience it from the right hands & energy!
Personally, I feel I could not express myself freely or fully if movement wasn't a part of my life; I want people to experience that freedom and space to express all the none said.
What made you want to become an instructor?
Signing up for a class called "pylon" in Russia thinking it was a Pilates class. I never looked back and as soon as I returned to Montreal I signed up to Milan Pole Dance Studio to start my pole dance journey in 2011.
I discovered Aerial Hammock in 2016 and I remember thinking it was such a great addition to pole dance; a great discipline to increase flexibility.
It's only in 2018 that I discovered we could relax with this appartus too due to my stressful fashion job back then, I did only Aerial Yin Classes at that point in time.
In 2019, I did my first certification in Fundamental 1&2 at AntiGravity in NYC and continued with other certifications after this one.
What’s your first memory about pole and aerial hammock?
