This is your invitation to embrace the outdoors and experience pole differently.
Leave your heels at home and throw on your coziest sweatpants - this jam is all about flowing freely in whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
As June 1st brings the warmth of early summer, we'll gather in the park at 4 PM to connect with nature and each other. Whether you're flowing on the pole or just soaking up the good vibes, this session is about pure relaxation and movement. Jam will slowly start off at 4:30 ish, 5 and end at 7 PM.
