During this 90 min session
We'll do a FUN 80s interactive group warm up
You will be invite to move with your rollers around the pole and in the room trying to avoid collading with other participants.
You will be invited to connect and try duo tricks *which will be harder with the rollerskates, but a new year new you workout! great
