In the first part of the class, we learn new tricks with the hammock based on your level.
Depending on your level you can practice the tricks learn or take a break and go at your own rythme. The teacher will give you hints on what to work on and she can spot you as needed.
At the end of the class we're given some time to improvise and move freely...
Then, we even have a bit of time to chill and relax.
