We will introduce you in a safe and welcoming environment a few pole styles known worldwide.

Through its various courses, this discipline will help you, according to your current energy level, to: tone your body, increase your flexibility, prevent sports injuries, or simply relax. Depending on the need of the team, we will decide on the most suitable course for you.

This discipline will help you defy gravity and feel powerful! The classes will allow you to co-create as a group, and/or reconnect with your sensuality according to your desires. On this classes, the focus is on bonding the team through games related to pole dance.

The workshops offered are an integral part of the Calmness Hotline experience; 3 main disciplines (aerial hammock, pole dance, and movement wellness) are to be explored in-depth during sessions ranging from 90 to 120 minutes.

• The rates are in CAD$ and do not include taxes.
• You can only use loyalty points if you have an active package and are VIP students (meaning you've bought 3 packages of 10 classes in a row)
• Refunds are possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, only a transfer to another team within your company for the same date and time is possible.
• Validity period: the date and time of the workshop.
• Cancellation policy: we can't allow for cancellation or reschedule, except with a medical certificate. In that case, you will receive a credit. You can also transfer your reservation to someone else for the same date and time.
DURING THE SESSION:
• If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. The session must end on time.
